HP Voluntary Termination

Ah I see,
Well I spoke to the Money Advice Service at the weekend, they recommended that I go to the Financial Ombudsman with all the correspondence and photos.
They said that I have been reasonable asking for their proof of the damage which they down right refused to give, basically bullying me into paying the money
I'll let you know what they come back with, fingers crossed

It looks as though they have terminated the agreement which makes you liable for the remaining balance which will be the £2k they are asking for.
Hi Garage Flower, I did my credit check and it says settled, balance 0, reason Voluntary Termination, it doesn't mention a default or the £2700 anywhere?0
