No idea if its true or not but we dont even know if they mean us More than likely its the photoshoppers out there. Scammers seems a very strong statement for somebody buying goods in their store using their price guarantee system and then using any voucher that is produced to pay for more goods in their store.

Exactly. Probably the duplicates are people reprinting genuine receipts and using them more than once prior to the extra vigilence on showing a matching receipt and scammers are likely to be the fraudsters who are manufacturing their own vouchers. Neither of those practices apply to people on this thread (I HOPE). Still does not excuse Asda from treating customers like fraudsters when presenting genuine APG's. You don't treat everyone who hands over a twenty pound note like a fraudster, even though a minority of people may use fake £20's. So why do it to your genuine customers?

    don't be silly:eek:

however with posts like this one yesterday that went unnoticed i am not surpised by an increase vigilance:(

tbh although i sympathise with dee's expereience, I really don't know why everyone is so worried about A's troutings-if you are shooping during the day then I have just called Ho from my mobile at the same time as any trouting and it has been sorted within one fail swoop if you are using a legitimate voucher (ie not reprinted:() then you have nothing to worry about, we know HO is going to tell staff to honour them

problem comes if you don't carry a mobile or are shopping in hours where HO is not open

the troutings i hate are tesco troutings:(:(:(:(:(:(:( (over coupons, DTD, well anything really even the flippin air you are breathing:eek::eek:)

major one this week for me and chief exec's office are sorting, I left in tears as well but would rather not discuss it until it's sorted. I have to say I am unlikley to EVER have the guts to go in to that store again even if I receive a red carpet and major gift card:(

    ps afternoon all!

OMG celebrate, if it has put one of us seasoned old-timers off then I dread to think what went on. Will be interesting to hear once you have got it sorted!

Do you think that they very kindly reduced these because of all the 5 beans we have been "buying". :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Somehow I don't think they'll do any good with the amount of Beanz I've "bought" :rotfl::rotfl:I have got even more today, no idea where to put them! Hoping DS will come round this weekend and I'll send him off with a few tins (and a Febreze air freshener!!).

Think for the next glitch we will need to start a new thread and pm those who have joined at least b4 say May 2012.. to the new thread so that its not as easy for any spies to read and end it quickly...

Just a thought!!! Maybe u all have a better suggestion...
    :)

I don't think this is a good Idea as it puts people new to the thread at a disadvantage. Many good offers/glitches have come from new posters. Lets not forget Supersavvyme, which a lot of us did very well from came from a relatively new poster.

Thank you tbear06 for the location of the kleenex cloths.

i've got boxes of these and I use them for cleaning my face and cleaning the toilet as well..(not at the same time) they're actually quite handy.

As for those shine wipes.. I still haven't found a use for them! So glad most of my vouchers have been sent off to KC.

    Dear Asda colleagues:wave:
If you are reading this how about you just save us some time and tell us where your reductions are?
We can then come and buy them in your store, you get to clear your shelves for restock and your staff will not have to guess if we are "scamming them". Win all round I'd say. :j

We can then get back to recipes, a good natter and supporting each other. Oh and if you are reading this on the evening shift why don't you join us for a drink at HC's bar?

Sorry but just got to say I don't actually believe you got that email, not at all worded like an A's email.Absolutely no way they would use the word scamming!

Didnt mean to leave anyone out.. it was just a suggestion, as I can see, not a very good idea... But I was just thinking of us having a few more days of glitching if any new glitches are found without any spies seeing it...and then fixing it...

    sorry if I offended anyone!!!
