xxdeebeexx, I will join in on this, you need to email again. If necessary copy and paste your posts off here (though don't tell them you have posted on here). Tell them you were made to feel like a criminal for using THEIR offer, and the staff were definitely not happy to help, more like very unhappy to help.

It really would be great if you could phone them though. It is a freephone number, can you go to a friends house and phone them from there, inform your friend that you are likely to burst into tears for "theatrical" reasons if you want, but it is the best way to get the point across.

You also need to use that other APG, it is only a small one really. Can you get a friend to go wtih you to use it. If you live near one of the Elite then I am sure there would be plenty of volunteers to go with you.

Most of all, do not let this put you off, take it as a stepping stone to true Elitism :):) We all get trouted from time to time, some worse than others (and yours was on the bad scale!!), it is how we deal with it that counts, and the fact is we are in the riright and we know that when we go in, and we know they may think otherwise. In a little while you will look back on this and wonder what went wrong that time, but only if you stick with it and spend that other APG :)

I see others have been offering help too, all you have to do is shout, there must be someone near you!

    Morning All :)

Hope you are all ok, I'm just catching up from last night.
I am trying to keep smiling this morning as I woke up crying my eyes out today! :( I dreamt that my Grandad had come back to life and he was really angry at what my Aunty was doing to the family. He called me up to come over to his house and was showing me where he'd hidden things in places no one would ever find. Everyone turned up at the house and he told my Aunty he wasn't happy with her. Loads of other stuff happened in between, and then I said to my Grandad, anyway, where's my kiss and cuddle and he said "Come here Preshka, you know I love you so much" so I ran up to him and gave him a big cuddle and a kiss, I was crying in my dream as I was so happy, that's when I woke up, actually crying! :(

Recently I've been happy to dream of my Grandad and I've taken comfort in it, I think this time it's just because it all felt so real it's made me a little sad.

Anyway, enough rabbiting on, must keep smiling :D
Off to the nurse later and then horse riding, hope you all have a great day!

I have a lump in my throat.
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

Morning all, my local large sada has Sada 'Chosen by You' ground coffees, dark & medium roast, going for 57p for 227g marked at this from £2.5x. Someone mentioned yesterday that the small sadas have various coffees etc going cheap so thought I would check out the big one.
Hope all have a good day & weekend.:)

I got on by opening chrome, typing bzzagent, this brought up oops google chrome could not find bzzagent. Underneath it says additional suggestion > click Access a cached copy >log in
    Hope that works

I tried this, thought it had worked when I got to log-in, then it came up with web page unavailable!

Magic - out of curiosity, is it feasible to check the places he showed you in your dream? I was choked up reading this, but it could be your subconscious (or something else?) telling you to look in different places.

I really hate it when I hear of people being badly treated by the sada trouts - its happened to me a couple of times.
Its just fortunate that everything on my home front is reasonably calm at the moment so I could cope emotionally with the trouting and I could stand up for myself and I could make the decision to carry on with the transaction or just ditch (I ditched on the 1st occassion)
And I was brave enough (even when shaken) to make the phone call afterwards - the 2nd time it happened OH was with me and he took me to Morrisons cafe afterwards and gave me his mobile so I made the call to CS within 10 minites of it happening.
I wish I was living closer, it would me be making the phone calls for you to HQ CS for people being trouted.
They way they make you feel is terrible - like you are some low life skunk out to steal, its disgusting.

I was stopped by a security guard in a sada once, I had a printer ink with me from Sainsburys that set off the alarm. So I also empited everything out of my handbag into the trolley. He could see that the printer ink was from Sainsburys, not one of theirs, still wanted to see the receipt, which fortunaltey I had but he went through and examined everything I had, disgusting.
