In your complaint to head office make a point of bringing up the phrase "Happy to help" and how you felt they did everything BUT help.

I know someone that works in Asda and apparently they are making quite a big thing of the "Happy to help" mantra, so if they hear a customer saying they have found them to be anything but help then they will take it very seriously.

    It works, trust me ;)

And make a point of using that other apg voucher, with the same SA if you see them, when you hand it over take your mobile out and say "Do I have to ring head office myself this time??" lol

Hi Plushchris, I recognise that name from the R & R days. Hope all's well with you and yours.:D

Does anyone know if you can use pps from T's to buy electrical goods like a TV or go towards the cost at least it says no tobbaco, or phone top ups, or T direct items and petrol but sure if a TV would fall under the T direct, anyone know?

I used a £7 PP in May towards a Sat Nav purchase without any problems.
    The end is nigh

    Morning everybody!

My Tesco giftcard arived this morning, £8. That'll do nicely.

Magicowen, a medium once told me that when passed loved ones visit us in our dreams, its their way of comunicating with us. When we sleep its our subconcious that takes over and when we are 'sensitive'. My Mums dog passed in May, he'd been our family pet since I was 13, so she was quite upset. The night of his passing she dreamt that there was a door in the distance and that someone was knocking. It opened and her Nan was stood there waving, holding onto Nelsons on his lead. He was a black lab and she said he was sat there wagging his tail with a full black coat(he went very grey and chocolate in the end) and barked a few times. Then the door closed. Mum was very comforted by this, lets hope its true.:A

Im glad the chocolate glitch is over, I wanted to get some for presents but Im one of those that if I know its there, I have to eat it! It calls out to me, I wouldnt be able to put it away and forget about it...'Eat me Nat, eaaaaat meeeee':EasterBun

Nice your enjoying them hehe, but if you want to return them i always say like i got home and my dad or my OH had already brought them or they called and said not to buy any after i had or id phoned them to say i had then and they said they had already got them, works for things like chocs etc cos they are normally for present, i did it with 2x9 packs of loo roll the other day cos the voucher i had they would only put through at £1.49 so had to pay the £7.50 i just went to cs 5 mins later saying my dad had called and said he'd already grabbed some could i return it she was like no problem, i was like that's great cos id would have had no idea where to put it, (now if it was free I'm sure i find a space:rotfl:)OH said there was someone behind us on the other till trying to use the same vouchers and arguing the toss about the amount don't think they got anywhere either this was at a wigan store on like sat didn't find anymore shine sheets after that.

Thank you, I'll try saying that next time. Just glad I had used an apg for them.
  • Morning all hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend :j

Magicowen. ....hugs to you. Hope this doesn't sound weird but I think you should go and look in some of the places Grandad told you about in you your dream..the subconscious is a very powerful mechanism..no harm in trying.

RE BZZAGENT log in problems ..I am still OK to log in using IE..no problem at all so may be a Google or FireFox issue.?
If all else fails then why not email them and ask if they can help:)
    If it's full price I don't buy it..if its 50% off I will consider it..if it's whoopsied and I have a coupon its in the trolly! ;)

I'm sure I had an email yesterday from buzz saying that they are aware that some people are having problems logging in and that they are trying to sort it out. I have searched my hotmail for it but can't find it.

Hi wackynut thanks for letting me I think I have just messed up my OH log in messing around with the computer. I should never be allowed to play on my own.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

Good Morning all, good to hear cove is blue. Terrible what sada employees do sometimes, making people cry, awfull. Get on the phone and report them, they are in the wrong job. Talking of jobs, just found out my OH is being made redundant on the 30th Nov. eeeck. He has only been there for 8 years so not a big pay out and he is 62 so no chance of another job. Worried about how we will manage. That after the car making a huge bang and dying on Tuesday, what else will happen? Always comes in three's doesnt it?
Hugs to all that need one, or just want one.

    Think you're needings hugs too

Deebee - what a horrible thing to happen to you & I'm sorry you still feel so shaken, like everyone I suggest emailing them if you feel unable to phone.

If I lived near you I would come to the store with you so you could use your voucher.

Even better idea is we organise a flash mob of 10 people (or more) all going through the checkouts with large apg's all at the same time at this particular nasty store & give them some grief back - I would love to see them try to frogmarch 10 people simultaniously.

By the way - I am serious - would anyone local to deebee be up for this - how they have treated her has made me really

I live near Lut*n and would definitely go with her if she lives near me. I can understand how she feels but she needs to go sooner rather than later as the longer she leaves it the worse it will be to set foot in their again. I had a very large APG a couple of weeks back (went a bit mad on the Nivea) and did not think I could pluck up the courage to use it. Friend came with me and I had no problem handing it over. If I can help, please shout.
