Except I've just checked and it says one voucher per transaction (not that that has ever stopped us!!) Could probably get away with an unsuspecting sa scanning 2 or 3 but you would need about 30 - 40 £10 ones for a tv and that would raise a few eyebrows I think.

Maybe a bit long winded ! but why not buy item of clothing with each pp and then return the clothing on different occasions getting gift cards. In the old coupon days I used to stock up on gift cards ;) and bought my laptop using 40 x £10 gift cards  I just said they were given as a wedding present :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • Morning all hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend :j

Magicowen. ....hugs to you. Hope this doesn't sound weird but I think you should go and look in some of the places Grandad told you about in you your dream..the subconscious is a very powerful mechanism..no harm in trying.

RE BZZAGENT log in problems ..I am still OK to log in using IE..no problem at all so may be a Google or FireFox issue.?
If all else fails then why not email them and ask if they can help:)

I was thinking the exact same thing if it was me i would have to curiosity would get the better of me :D

    I had a 'ding-dong' at Asda yesterday.
I don't usually post here, but dip in and out when I can, as I have been caring for my elderly parents. Dad has recently died and mum is very ill atm.

I had some time to myself yesterday as my sister took over for a couple of hours. I had an APG £10.08 to spend and a Reloaded coupon so I went to a bigger Asda about 5 miles from home.

I left the Asda store in tears and deeply upset.

At the checkout I handed over my 2 coupons to the assistant. She looked at the Reloaded coupon and accused me of photocopying it.

I explained that I was sent the coupon, by email, as I 'liked' a product on Face book.
She continued to accuse me of handing over a photo copy so I replied that I didn't need the Reloaded and asked if she could take it off my bill, which she did. I was calm and polite and smiley.

She then looked at the coupon from the Asda price promise web site and started to accuse me of faking or forging the coupon.

She called over another member of staff and I was frog marched to the customer service desk.

I was told that there was something wrong with the Asda coupon and that the manager had to be called.
By this time I was really embarrassed as everyone was looking at me.

I tried to explain that I had followed the instructions from the TV advert and that I had printed out the voucher that was sent.

There was a lot of fussing and muttering, loads of phone calls but the manager couldn't be found.Quite a few other members of staff had become involved.

I was being accused of altering the apg to increase its value.

I felt so upset of being accused of this ,that I emptied my pockets and shopping bags to prove that I hadn't stolen anything.

I felt so humiliated and upset I simply couldn't stop myself from crying.

Eventually a member of staff managed to contact someone at head office , by phone, and they were told that the Asda coupon was fine.
My shopping bill was retrieved, the Asda coupon used and the balance of the bill paid by cash.

Even though I was sobbing throughout the transaction there was no apology or explanation.

This event has completely spoilt my day. I can't believe that Asda staff can treat people like this.

I was publicly humiliated and embarrassed.

I emailed Asda head office when I got home but as yet haven't received a reply.

I have one more APG £8.xx to use but I don't think I will bother.

    Hi Dee
So sorry you were treated so badly. I have been trouted and it's a very unpleasant experience. When I rang up about it the lady on the phone was lovely and couldn't appologise enough.
If you didn't get the name of the member of staff who trouted you they can work out who it was by the till no etc.
If you don't feel able to call, could your sister call them for you. I am much more forceful if someone has upset a member of my family than if they've done something to me.
As for your other voucher, as it is under £10 it should scan. It is only the ones £10 and over that have to be inputted manually.
Hope you're feeling a bit better today.
Condolences about your dad, and hope your mum is soon on the mend. Sending hugs.
    Caz

I got a shiny new Sada cc card which arrived just as the major glitch ended  What made it worse is that I still have not got the pin for it, 2 weeks now, still nothing. I rang for a replacement but still nothing so I have to ring again today.

Still not got a gift card from t

My facebook prize from a couple of weeks ago, still not arrived, another thing to chase up
Also got a letter through from some consultancy company, unsolicited letter regarding the one thousand and one hundred house estate ie an entire village on the green fields directly behind us -

My mouth is still sore and I still have a very sore nose and an ugly scab as a by product of freshers flu/ the sada virus we all seem to have been suffering .

But on the plus side I did get the kimberly clark envelope

Stand outside Sainsburys and hand them out to people as they go in :D

I was thinking that I put them in my bag. I was going to go in and then leave them in store near the tills. Not to near though that the staff see them. :)
