Hi yes I'm fine honey. I just signed in last night after trip to Edinburgh when other half says you going online again ???

So retreated to have a coffee with him, was obviously feeling left out with me laughing at all the "band" names.

I'll go read my mails properly :)

Love to you and the cubs :D

    Has anyone else tried ?

Just read this and yes I couldn't access it last night either. I thought it was my internet playing up because I couldn't get on anything for about 30mins after I'd tried bzzagent

In your complaint to head office make a point of bringing up the phrase "Happy to help" and how you felt they did everything BUT help.

I know someone that works in Asda and apparently they are making quite a big thing of the "Happy to help" mantra, so if they hear a customer saying they have found them to be anything but help then they will take it very seriously.

    It works, trust me ;)

And make a point of using that other apg voucher, with the same SA if you see them, when you hand it over take your mobile out and say "Do I have to ring head office myself this time??" lol

    Thank you for your support.

I haven't the energy to use my other Asda coupon... it runs out on 15th October.

Since posting on here I have thought back over the event and I am now horrified that no one intervened.
    I was clearly upset.

I now remember the 'frog marcher' saying to the lady at customer service desk... " Watch her, she hasn't paid for her shopping" as she turned round and pointed at me.
This comment was loud enough for the nearby shoppers to hear and naturally everyone looked at me.

It was at this point that I felt that I needed to empty all my pockets and bags onto the customer service desk to prove that I hadn't stolen anything.

I can't phone customer service Head office as I will cry again. My husband is home atm as he is working nights and I don't want him to know what happened as I feel ashamed.

Thank you for letting me off load....

That's so terrible. If you can't ring them, why don't you copy what you've told us (both posts!) into an email and send it to sada CS and the chap in charge of UK sada. They would be horrified to read what you've gone thru as you've described it.
Big hugs, you've done nothing wrong.xx

I bought these yesterday in Asda for £3 as part of a AvT shop knowing that they were only £2 in Tesco.
They showed up on receipt as "Cadbury" £3.00 but did not even show up on the Asda Price Comparison.
    Conned

This is unbelievable, why don't you send an email to head office? Remember you've done nothing wrong, you hold the power so when you go back to the store hold your head high.
