    Forgot to mention this!

The other day I was in tescos getting some nutri grains and a couple of other bits. I had the vouchers ready in my hand with my little book that I transfer bits and bobs to when Im on here (which lynx etc) and this is how it went

    SA are you buying that?
ME What? Oh this? Its my book, I mean shopping list
SA well it looks quite new, has it been written in?
ME Yes, its where I write my lists
SA that looks like a tesco note book
    ME well its from sainsburys

(I show her the barcode label on the back that has sainsburys written on)
Then she has the cheek to try and take the notebook off me to check it has got writing inside, thank goodness she didnt see much!

I have pages of 'asdavtesco' and asdavwaitrose' at the top of the pages!

And to think I was just worried about whether she would allow me to buy three nutrigrains for free!!

And boy did she scrutinise my MOCs!! She knew there was something fishy going on, just didnt know what!!:rotfl:

omg i would have told here if she wasn't satisfied with my answer its from sanisnobs then to get the manager and id inform them that a member of staff is accusing me of being a thief and wanting to look in my persnol things

(if she had a problem she shuld have got security )

In your complaint to head office make a point of bringing up the phrase "Happy to help" and how you felt they did everything BUT help.

I know someone that works in Asda and apparently they are making quite a big thing of the "Happy to help" mantra, so if they hear a customer saying they have found them to be anything but help then they will take it very seriously.

    It works, trust me ;)

And make a point of using that other apg voucher, with the same SA if you see them, when you hand it over take your mobile out and say "Do I have to ring head office myself this time??" lol

    Good advice.

I am finding that when I go to tills, choose my till person carefully so I get a happy smiley one, we chat away, the shopping gets scanned and packed and then I produce an APG and its like a drawbridge goes down, all of a sudden they are quiet and serious, sometimes they buzz t to check the date etc but its as if the light has gone off.

So I am always pleasant and polite and smiley and I've not been trotted in a week now.

Best shop was the other day I went through ss and the girl was chatting to her mate. I had to call her 3 times for various helps etc so by the time we got to the stage of putting the APG through she could not care less, just wanted to get back to her conversation and her mate :D

Feeling very sorry for myself after being up most of the night with sickness bug - that'll teach me to work with children.

Looking forward to looking at lots of pictures of cats, reading all about the next glitch and making shopping lists for this weekend.:)

Morning all, bit blowy and overcast here, hopefully will brighten up later.

Have managed to catch up whilst DS1 having breakfast and baby having a lie in. All of those night feeds must've worn him out :rotfl:

:eek:just got this on my freecycle

capachin baby monkey....Ninny is now available to go to a good home this baby is home and diaper trained vet checked and registered. She will be coming along with all paper works, she loves the companion of kids and other pets.

i am not getting it just suprised it was on there to go to anyone...

DS1 has a monkey cuddly toy that he got as a baby and which now goes everywhere with him (actually we now have 3 the same in case they have to be washed/get lost ) He is called Ninny too as when learning to talk that was his attempt at the word monkey. It's stuck ever since :D Funny to think someone else has a 'Ninny'. Don't think i'd want a real one though, our toy one is naughty enough (well he gets the blame anyway!)

Right, time for an extra large coffee so I can remove these matchsticks from my eyes :p

Evening strangers  Room for a little one?! ;)Been manic busy with family visits, polly tigercub, 3 yr old DS, a death in the family and general "life" stuff so I've been AWOL for aaaaaages. But hopefully I'm back now. I've missed you lot! :A

Go on, someone tell me what I've missed and make me jealous :rotfl:... I last logged on the day after the APG/MSM was fixed

Glad to see you back tiger, don't like people disappearing! Sorry about your loss though. This "life" thing can be a bit of a nuisance!

Great to see toni has had her baby, even if it wasn't as she wanted, looking forward to hearing more.

LL really hope I wasn't one of the people that upset you, it certainly was not my intention.

Had a wonderful time last night, went into London. First good bit was we went into HMV and got a couple of T Shirts for £2 each, and a couple of Dunlop bags for £2 each too! Thanks to the OP of this, would never go into HMV if I hadn't heard about this!

We then went to see Jersey Boys, wonderful show. To top it all there is obviously some prep work going on for Children In Need as Pudsey was hanging around. He came on at the end of the show and then they announced they had a surprise for us - for one night only - BLUE came on and sang December 63 with the cast!!! Fantastic show all in all, funny thing was the cast was better than Blue!!

Planning on heading to T's today, need some more Five Beanz and Reloaded (more that I need T's to give me some more money for "buying" them!

Has anyone tried PPing Tuna against A's yet? Everything is still the right price but just hoping this will compare too..

Buzz Agent still seems to be down today!
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Do KC do sports mixtures :D sat here eating one after another. Bought a 540g box for £2 at tesco.
Or sports mix as I just noticed

I bought these yesterday in Asda for £3 as part of a AvT shop knowing that they were only £2 in Tesco.
They showed up on receipt as "Cadbury" £3.00 but did not even show up on the Asda Price Comparison.
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
