Gripe 1: I had thought he had gone into year 9 with a better attitude. I just found his physics h/work dumped on the hall table (another gripe) and he has a U: 5/20. He is predicted A* and more than capable. This is the homework that got him a detention coz it wasn't handed in: Apparently he didn't hand it in as the teacher didn't collect any from his table! (Read the whole table were messing so didn't offer their booksup for colletction, so master taught them a lesson - I'm not completely daft!!) The detention meant he missed a school rugby match. His loss.
Gripe 2:Soooooo untidy. I went through his room with him on Wednesday of last week. On Monday I left clean, folded washing on his bed and told him to put it away. It is STILL on the bunk above his despite being asked about 6 times. All unfolded and rifled through.
Gripe 3: Wet, soggy bl***y towels!!AArrghh...how many towels can you fit on a bedroom floor??!!
i am hoping it's just a phase but I am already fed to the teeth of it. I know many of you have got through this stage but I just needed to SCREAM and you guys are the only people who listen!!!!!! He has a really quick wit, and always has a hilarious come back to any complaints; he really doesn't seem to take it seriously.
Help please!!! (Normally I'd grab a bar of choc but I am determined he is not ruining my diet!!!!!:))The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

The multibuy didnt show online for me the first time i did it, even on Ts site but both flavours are shown there. It shows on the receipt as a multibuy for Flavoured Drinks.
I'll post up a pic of the comparison later when im home, it definatley works
But even if the multibuy does finish its no great loss as it will mean you get a pook back for £5.10 (based on 6 cans) and youd just have to pay for the fillers
6 x £1.85 in Ts = £11.1
Compares at As
6 x £1 = £6.00
same for me. I bought 2 of each flavour last night and all compared ok0 -

Hugs (()) and it will get better.
Budgie's adorable Ds was much the same, he seemed bored with school and in year 7 he got the most awful report. Budgie took action and I clamped down on him, result was the next year he won 2 awards for his school work.
School did not bring out the best in my Ds but when he went to uni he was really interested in his course and got a First Class Honours Degree, Budgie was so proud.
Re: being tidy he was much the same, however now he has brought his own house, my goodness you daren't put a cup down. He has this designer black glass furniture and I went to polish it with a duster and I was told that I was using the wrong cloth.
Don't start me on electricity usage, at home he left everything on, had 5 pc's on the go, (He did computer science and artificial intelligence at uni). Goodness when you visit he doesn't like a light left on etc etc.
I mention this to him and the answer I get is, if you had bought me my own house I would have realised all of this earlier.
So yes it is a phase and it will get better, but just probably not while he is living at home.
Nikkilala so glad you are doing so well with your Ds at Cambridge, bless him it will be the making of him. You must be so absolutely proud to bits over him. xxx
