Just logged into Pure Profile this morning and there is a survey waiting which pays £5. It's on mobile phones, there are around 180(ish) questions and lasts a looooooooooooong while.

Added £5 to my account straight away though.

I'm waiting for a payout from pureprofile too - I requested it on 2 May and emailed them yesterday to ask where it was - I got this answer today:

We apologise for the delay in processing your redemption request. We
are very aware of the delay and it is our priority to resolve it.

Unfortunately we cannot give you a definite timeframe, but we will
notify you as soon as we have made the payment.

It took me 4 years to reach my first £25 but since requesting my payment I am now back up to £9.10 so hopefully I should reach my next £25 much quicker.

I got the same email a couple of weeks ago and payment followed a few days later, had almost given up with them too!!

I got the same e-mail saying sorry for the delay but not actually saying when they are going to pay, its annoying when you do all the surveys, it took ages to get to £25. I've had quite a few surveys recently but it has put me off them after this. Do people actually get paid eventually?

After 18 months, I have FINALLY reached my £25!!! yay!!! but i will anticipate waiting another 18 months to receive it!

Recieved my payment 2 weeks a go which i asked for in January,So had to wait 5 months.I must have sent 30 emails,I have £20 in my balance so it shouldn't be long before i am waiting again.I might get paid by next Easter.

I finally got paid by this lot, only took six months :rotfl:
I was told that I hadn't given them the correct
bank details and their payment to me was sent back
to them. They said I should have been informed of this
but I wasn't. I put in the bank details again and was paid,
they even put an extra £1 in my Pureprofile account.


I had used the online form to complain about my missing payment
but never had a reply but when I sent them a message and didn't
click the section which asks if it is a complaint or redemption etc,
I got a reply, so, just don't click anything and just send the message.

I hope you all get paid, its just that it might take a while.

Is anyone else having trouble with the new style click throughs that have been appearing over the past few days?

I'm not getting any credit for doing them and neither is my OH on his account.

If I go into the history I'm still able to view the page as though I've not completed it - but going through the process again doesn't do anything!

Have just sent off an email to them - will see what they say. I know they're only for 5p each but I don't see why I should do what they ask of me and then not get anything for it!
