I have never had any problems with them before, have had 2 pay outs from them i get them in november ready to put towards xmas pressies and always got them in time. But just having my 1st problem in 2 1/2 years i did a survey and was meant tobe paid £1 for it but it never showed, i have emailed them and there reply is that they have to wait for the survey to prove i entered it, so we wait and see

JasonLVC, you are not the only one who thinks this is a scam outfit.
I've been waiting for my money since I redeemed in January.
They don't answer emails and all these people faithfully doing
surveys may be in for a big disappointment when they reach
    payout.

    Here's a tip I just discovered:

    Go to preferences
Set your email invitation to 10p
They will email you when there's a survey in your account. If you click through from the email before the survey period ends even if it's full they'll credit you for the screen out amount!

    Yay!

BTW this does not make any difference i have had this set on 10p since mid march and have not got anymore emails, i have gone on site several times off my own back only to find surveys waiting for me and no email has been sent.

That's odd, I found the opposite. When I added 10p emails thing to my account I then got several surveys that weren't in my next page because they were full by the time I got to them! I still got credited for screen out hence why I posted. Very strange!

Same here, switching to 10p emails has had the same positive effect for me too. I get emails for surveys which don't even show on my nextpage. But sometimes i find surveys waiting for me on my nextpage which i haven't had an email for! :rotfl: Don't get how they work exactly but the end result is more invitations, one way or another!:T
  • well after i emailed about the credit that had not appeared they have manually credited me a few days later and i have not even had to chase them. :)

Am starting to think Pure Profile is a scam.

Have been waiting two months for a redemption payment, keep emailing them and they kep promising to make the payment, then they ask for my bank details again, then say it will be paid within 24hrs, then say it may take onger, then bank details again, then more delays.

I'm emailing them weekly and they appear to be useless. Can folks confirm they've had money and if so, how long have they had to wait and those that have waited, did you have to fight for it?.

    Thanks.

I have to say, I had no trouble getting my first payout (was a while ago) but I requested my second payout recently and that's not turning up - I emailed them and got the bog standard 'there's a delay which we're trying to fix but god knows when we'll give you your money so stop pestering us' type answer. And I've only asked them once, it's not like I've been bugging them every few days or something! Hmm... considering I have had a payout from them before, maybe they are just genuinely having problems at the moment? Although I don't know why they can't at least say what the problem is and why they can't say how long it will be.

I had three surveys (first in ages - bit like buses really ;)) a week and a bit ago - since then I haven't had the 5p clickthrough. Never gonna make my £25 at this rate :rotfl:
