I used to get regular emails from pureprofile & get the 40p searches and occasional survey, then nothing.
Having read this thread, I now check the site daily & most days have a 5p search, but have also had a £1 & £1.50 survey about 10 days ago, and today 2x £1 surveys along with a £4.50 (£4 something) survey, which I didn't qualify for but got 20p for saying my sex & age group.
I haven't had any emails about the surveys, so I wonder how many I've missed in the last few months.
not a right lot  so i wouldnt worry0 -
Been on PP for a couple of years and it is slow going for sure. The new system has only made this worse. Pleased I saw the thread though as it reminded me to pop in and I made £2.05 for 2 and a click through surveys. My grand total after 2yrs is now £9.60 LOL - Shall be able to retire soon!DEBT FREE AND LOVING LIFE0

I thought you may be interested in the following email I received from pureprofile on 18 April after chasing my redemption for about 3 months:
Dear pureprofile account holder,
We sincerely apologise for the delay in payment to you. This email is to
confirm that your payment has now been deposited to your nominated bank
account today, 18/4/07.
We understand that you may have lost some confidence in the pureprofile
redemption process, but this is the first time in six years of our business
that such a delay has been experienced. It is a not a delay that is likely to
occur again.
Thank you for being patient during the delay and we sincerely apologise for
any frustration caused. For any inconvenience this may have caused you, we
have deposited an extra £1 to your pureprofile account.
Kind regards,

How did you get them to reply? What email address are you using, i cant seem to get a response from anyone!!I thought you may be interested in the following email I received from pureprofile on 18 April after chasing my redemption for about 3 months:

I originally received an email from them on 6 January saying a payment had been made to my account. It was not received so I emailed info@pureprofile.com on March 11 and 2 or 3 more times at weekly intervals. I also used the message facility on the pureprofile site to chase the payment.
I had effectively given up when I received the email above on 18 April. It came from customerservice@pureprofile.com. I received the payment a few days later.
There is no indication of what the problem was and the wording of the email seems suspicious to me, especially "It is not a delay that is likely to occur again." So it's not "likely"????
Anyway, I am continuing to reply to surveys occasionally but I won't be surprised if I have trouble getting paid again in the future.
