hello
As a newbie I was confused on which forum to post a problem with my bank (specifically a problem with benefits offered on a premier account) - nothing in the forum list seemed relevant or am I missing something?

I would suggest that the 'Budgeting & Bank Accounts' forum area would be most appropriate. Not every post in there is concerned with budgeting
