I had a parking charge letter from Athena (a registered company) The 'offence' was oct 9th- after new rules. I was 10 minutes after the allowed time at Lidl. Extenuating circumstances were 38 week pregnant daughter feeling weird and wanted a rest, till queue over 10 minutes. - and I had to wait for a van to manoevre out- before I could leave. What is the best course of action.
All the advise up to Oct 1st was ignore- but have circumstances changed. I would really appreciate some help over this.
    thanks jo

I have already given you the answer in the other thread you asked, please stop hijacking threads and open a new one if you feel the need to be told again to ignore
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
  • Total Parking Solutions, Legal Action Pending, can they really persue the company and driver using the "Protection of Freedom Act 2012"? Or as with other forums totally ingnore all letters/correspondence!
    Thanks

You have posted in an ancient thread, for current advice post a new thread below and read the threads there.

But TPS never ever do court, you can ignore them, though as its a company vehicle its best to enter their bogus appeal to get them chasing the driver, then ignore
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
