I don't think he gives a fig!
I thought £27,000,000 of that was still out standing dependent on hitting targets over the next 3 years?
That's 27,000,000 reasons to not let the site get a reputation as being on the side of corrupt businesses.0 -
Why not just report the post ? or mark the post as spam ?
Rather than us all !!!!!ing about it report it to the forum team as factually incorrect..... which is exactly what I have done. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -

Nobody seems to have mentioned this yet...I'm currently in the process of ignoring a parking charge notice of a ticket issued by a private firm for not displaying a permit for parking in a friend-owner car parking, space underneath their apartment, in the hope (as seems likely) that it will not be progressed, the 'debt collection' firms will just continue to attempt to bully me into paying until eventually, the letter chain stops, and they give up.
Since the Parking charge notice was issued prior to the passing of new legislation, where the issue was a contract dispute between the 'driver of the vehicle at the time' and not the 'car owner', does this new legislation change things somewhat? trying to work out where I stand.
Thanks0 -

Thanks
It changes nothing.
You are still the innocent victim of a scam. The PPC and Debt Collectors are still a bunch of powerless vermin shysters.

Hi all,
I've just seen this and am now looking into the points you've made - thanks to those who have posted constructive comments on the article.

Thanks Dan, its a shocking article that needs to edited as its factually incorrect, I raised this with Crabman about MSE perhaps asking us to contribute to a factual article based on all available facts. I think actually the article should not be printed until another month so that we and the parking companies and the BPA know where we all stand.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Perhaps it could be written along the lines of this
