Thanks for the response guys, the last order was automatically cancelled as I did not provide my driving license number and passport number in their time frame.

I have spoken to one of their Customer service staff, (not easy to get through too), who has assured me that they would also ask for & accept proof of I.D. or address with a recent utility bill.
I will give it one more try before binning them.
