The charge on the parking charge notice does not reasonably account for less than an hours parking.
I am under no obligation as the registered keeper to supply the driver details.
Also intention to complain to nhs trust as regards this behaviour.

Whilst you may think an email may help your case, it wont. It will give them more ammunition to chase you. Follow the advice given (it is repeated alot...theres no trick to it!!).
These companies are not reasonable, why do you think they put such a ridiculous amount on the ticket? I know its not natural to ignore something that looks so 'official' but read a few threads and you will get the idea that the paper its written on is probably worth more than the contents.:rotfl:

And just for future reference, start new threads rather than tack on to an old thread
