I understood it to be those who took up the delivery saver offer as they get priority delivery slot access at Christmas.
I use the delivery saver but I've not got access to any Xmas slots yet so not sure what's going on really and can't find anything out on Tesco website. Will have to wait and see I suppose.0 -
They are saying that anyone who registers for delivery saver on or before 19th November will have priority booking for Christmas, so I'm hoping the slots will be released on 20th November or thereabouts, giving us a couple of weeks extra.
Hope so anyway!0 -
ok,thanks.says we can only have 1 delivery free that week so ill have to pay for my other 1 which is annoying but i save a lot with it so cant complain too muchHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

I was very annoyed when I received a letter saying that priority slots would be offered first to those who took up the super saver option ie those who are happy to give Mr T a wedge of their money up front.
Whilst the super saver does offer a saving, I do not want to feel compelled to shop with Mr T every week.
So, despite usually doing a weekly online shop with Mr T, I have voted with my feet and am looking elsewhere. Hate it when the big companies try to hold a gun to my head.
Suspect it will be me that loses out in the long run but just hate being backed into a corner like this
Am I just being super touchy?
Bye bye Mr TThank you for this site :jNow OH and I are both retired, MSE is a Godsend0 -
As I understand it, in previous years the priority has always gone to the most committed customers, i.e. the ones who have ordered with them every single week, so from that perspective things haven't changed much. (I've never been one of them btw, I'm quite new to Tesco).
It's up to you if you want to vary your shopping location but I think it's reasonable that they find ways of rewarding loyalty. Obviously this year you have to be loyal AND signed up to the scheme, but if you are one of the customers who've previously benefited from priority at Christmas, Delivery Saver is going to save you money so I guess it will mostly be the same customers.0 -
still not availible yet for me. anyone got one yet?Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0
