Using Roboform to fill in "No Thanks" boxes in Dailies

I have just started using Roboform for Mac (paid version) and after I set up the Other Match Strings on separate lines, save it and go back to it, all the strings appear on one line.

I decided to try entering a separate custom entry for each string (took a while to set up with numerous c&p of "would you be interested" etc) but tested this morning and it now ticks virtually all of the no/not interested boxes.

Does anyone know how to add extra identities on the toolbar as right clicking or looking at the drop down menu does not show the customize toolbar option on my Mac?
