Using Roboform to fill in "No Thanks" boxes in Dailies

Is it the square 'tick boxes' or the round 'radio buttons' that are causing the problem, or both?
OK- results are in.
It seems that Look Magazine is the biggest culprit. There is a radio button on the ad page - the first one apparently - with "No thank you" and RF does not tick it, despite re-editing and trying to find out why. This was the reason she got a second page of ads as she hadn't been noticing the error on the first page. But, RF doesn't tick the no thank you at the second attempt either. Also there is no "fill and submit" happening on that site.
Woman's Own has intermittent "fill and submit".
On the plus side, my partner says that Woman's Weekly have no ad pages anymore which is wonderful. Just an "enter" click. She thought it may have been a Christmas bonus but they still haven't added the ad pages.0 -

Yes please

The last line of the question is "5 new colours" - add the first few words to the long list in Roboform2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0 -

Thanks for the heads up Compsalex - I've passed on your advice but she'll have to try tomorrow as all entries used up today. I'll post the outcome so it helps others.0

If you do come across a new one that cannot be filled, copy the first few words of the last line of the question and post it on this thread so I can update the original post.2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0 -
Morning Compsalex. Got a rather irate girl on the phone this morning. It's LOOK again. There is one question where the No answer is - No, I don't like browny points or want to win - but no matter how she enters it into RF it refuses to click it. Also, she wants to know why when she types in the phrase exactly i.e. capital letters and punctuation, RF changes it to all lower case and no punctuation. Could this be some reason it doesn't work? I'm totally out of my depth as I don't understand any of it but I think if I've paid for a programme then it should deliver what it says it does - if only to save my relationship.... Here is the whole phrase copied and pasted in case I'm missing something - I don't know if it will help any.No, I don't like browny points or want to win0

RF ignores case and punctuation so it shouldn't matter. Has she tried shortening the match string slightly to something like "browny points".
Has she tried creating a separate custom entry using "would you be interested", "no", "browny points" to see if that works?0 -
Hi Alsproject - yes she's tried every combination - putting it in separately and just using a few words. Just had another call to say WOMAN magazine has the same question about the browny points now. I tell you, I'm not getting any browny points at the moment !! She is going to keep at it though and if she comes up with a solution I'll post it here. Anyone else have the same problem with the "browny points"?
UPDATE: She has tried - No I - No I don't - No I don't like - browny points - browny - points - No I don't like browny. None work.
I have to work now so can't spend any more time on it but will check in later to see how it's going.0 -

Anyone else come across this one?2014 Losses - Front Door Key, Premier League, Luis Suarez0 -
No luck with the "browny points" I'm afraid. It seems impossible to get that box ticked.0
