Parking Eye & Aldi.......PLEASE HELP?

What about writing to Aldi?
Cheers.
I would write to Aldi if it were me. I wouldn't ask them to cancel the charge notice (because the charge notice isn't worth the paper it is written on anyway), but I would instead invite them to shove it where the sun don't shine. Then I would tell them that they have permanently lost my custom until they get rid of the robbers and bandits from their car parks.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Cheers.
Is it worth writing to Parking Eye again, we did send an email of appeal but we have heard nothing?

OP, at risk of being repetitious ignore them and do not contact them at all.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
We are worried by the £70 fine if we dont pay up soon?
Should I write to them?
Hmmmm I wonder?! Should I write to them?!
Are you for real? Do you reply to phishing emailers too? :rotfl:
Anyway, like all the other posters on this board, you have a fake PCN. Ignore it. Have you realised yet that there is no 'appeal' (as if??!!).
When dealing with "tickets" from private parking companies (PPCs) our advice for tickets received up until the end of September is to ignore them as long as it's your car (not a company, hire or lease car). The registered keeper will just receive the usual threatograms and can play a nice game of snap with them.
Tick off the threatening letters here.
Watchdog clip with expert Solicitor's opinion here.
Barrister's opinion here.
Show your friends & family the links and make sure the registered keeper is ready to play their game of snap!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think I totalled 9 letters of various forms since March 12 but they gave up after that. haven't heard anything since July now.
Kinda starting to miss them, maybe I should go park incorrectly in an almost empty, enormous car park again???0 -
hi guys
me back again!!
i wrote to aldi just cos a. i had the time and b. i wanted to just see what they had to say?
we got a letter this morning off them asking us to contact them via telephone to discuss this further.
i did this just know and after a heated telephone conversation the lady there told me that the fine will stand unless i can prove i use aldi? which we do but from now onwards we wont be.
she said if i can send three or four bills etc she would talk to parking eye to see what she could do as she said aldi dont want to upset the genuine customers!!!
what do you guys think to that?
she says its totally legal and the fine will stand?
should we be bothered?
thanks again, but we are worried about this?0
