Honestly, some people here collect these things just for the fun of baiting the scammers. It's no big deal, a few letters can't hurt you, just file them and forget them.

  • So it matters not if its a free carpark or not?
Nor does it matter if we did not go in the store and spend in there?
Sorry for the bother but I just want to get this right in my head?
    Cheers !

    You are correct

It isnt a bother at all, they have suffered no loss

Please just be clear on the letters that you can expect to receive though just so you dont get worried

Is it worth writing to Parking Eye again, we did send an email of appeal but we have heard nothing?
    What about writing to Aldi?
    Cheers.

Yes, check out the link BASFORDLAD posted earlier for you. Be aware that you will receive nasty-sounding letters from toothless debt collectors and even a FAKE solicitor, and you will be threatened with hell and damnation if you don't cough up.

Just remember, it's all just bluff and bluster, all just part of the SCAM. They cannot hurt you, they cannot send bailiffs round, they cannot harm your credit rating, and they will not take you to court.

Just ignore it all and they will give up after about half-a-dozen letters.
