Bear in mind that if you bought it for business purposes, the law can be different. It is possible to sign away certain contractual rights that consumers can not.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Just when I thought things were ok ! Amp packed in last friday at 11.00pm ! Called the shop...new one on it's way on tuesday by 1.00pm.At 1.45pm I'm on the blower again to be told that they tried to deliver at 9.00am even tho I've been in all day ! Finally got hold of the interlink depot to be told that PMT southend had put the WRONG ADDRESS on it...again.I eventually met up with the courier and got what I can only describe as a home made box...not a brand new boxed amp as promised. It looks like a demo or display model.I've plugged it in and it sounds nothing like what the other one did...it's half the volume and thin sounding.I'm at my wits end now...they refuse to refund.Any clue as to what next people ?:mad:0
