I have contacted the IPM on this as I feel this is something they should look into. At the very least it is against the terms of the competition posted

I only entered the competition - i did not enter the free dart promo



and got winning email on 27th Sept stating

"Hi there – you recently entered the Scatterbrainz Competition online and …. Congratulations! You’re a winner!





Could you please let us have your full postal address so that we can get your prize out to you.



Prizes will then be sent out within the next 28 days.

I took this as i had infact "won ALL this" as stated when entering the competition.

Just to say Edwin from the IPM who is excellent at this sort of thing has emailed me back to say he will be investigating this alongside the ASA, as soon as I have anything further I will let you know

I have just spoken again to Edwin and he asks that if people who have received this can email him at EdwinM@theipm.org.uk including details of what you have been told - I just forwarded the email correspondence to him- and include your name, address and telephone number so that he can investigate this

Thanks Tranmereforever, I have sent all email correspondence to Edwin, I think Evolution are disgusting the way they are treating us, my 2 boys 8 & 5 are very disappointed, made up for it a little though by winning them some Maoam yesterday x

I have forwarded to Edwin as well. I never got a reply from evolution, let's hope they honor us with the prizes they advertised!

I have also just emailed Edwin, many thanks tranmereforever! I attached my screenshot i shared above, also link to comp and queried the fact we had winning emails dated 27th when the ts and cs state comp end date was 30th. Fingers crossed!

also made it clear that to enter the comp you entered via online form submission, whereas to claim your FREE dart you had to send an email.

I get the distinct impression that Evolution never had any intention of giving the prizes out that were stated on the website
