A quick half night update, i'll be back later to catch up with the rest of you!
Lots of NSDs rolling in today, so well done to:
penny73 – well done for number 3 & 3 in a row, you’re off to a great start!! :j:j
freebyfifty – well done for number 3 & a true NSD, although I do think you do marvelously with your budgets!! :j:j
The Dragon – well done for number 2!! :j:j
TBH I would probably not count the yarn as a spend if you have already allocated the money & haven’t spent anything else.
citizenkitten – well done for number 2, fingers crossed I don’t see a retraction later!! :j:j
flubberyzing – well done for number 2, you’re doing great!! :j:j
bossymoo – well done for number 1, you’re off the mark!! :j:j
beanielou – well done for number 3, you’re off to a great start!! :j:j

Love the idea of a vino this week, I shall definitely take you up on that offer!!
HeadAboveWater – wow bargain jeans!!! Glad dinner was good & don’t worry you will start to nab those NSD’s soon!!
MuffinTops – you can do it!! Hope you are not working too hard???
mrs motivated – tough dilemma, I’m not sure which way I’d go… maybe count the bread as a spend today, but claim an NSD when you buy the boots, as that money would be an allocated spend????? Up to you really, just let us know if you have another one to add to your total…
& another one for me today, have to pop out tonight, but won't be spending, so that's number 2 :j:jFebruary NSD challenge 5/150 -

Hi,
NSD #3 today."Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0 -
Awwww thanks all for not minding my rant
you are :A
I think SW might suit you rising.
Look online for the sample 7 day plan & see what you think.
Funnily enough, someone mentioned that when I 1st started WW (might've been Freeby?) but I'd just paid for 3 months so didn't look into it then - will have a look now!citizenkitten wrote: »rising - having kidney failure when I was 15, i had to stick to a very restrictive diet, including avoiding anything that was hard to digest (sort of similar to crohns) is that how it is spelt?, my sisters bf has it too. anyway basically as we constantly joked i couldnt eat anything that cast a shadow, vegan level 5.
off the my diet was
Sugar
Dairy
Wheat
Fungus
all red meat
no tuna
no tomatoes
no citrus fruit
and some other things too... i would take up the entire wall if i listed it, so if you need ideas on food without random objects in it, i can be of some help.
Awwww hun, that's sounds awful (((hugs))) - I've had it a long time so kind of know what does trigger, I have 3 food groups:- Those I can eat anytime (bananas, oats, chicken and errrr I've forgotten the rest as it's been ages since I had a flare up
they will come back to me!):o (I have loads of bananas, chicken & porridge!;))
- Those I can eat now & then when things are settled (wheat, root veg, non-citrus fruits, little bit of non-rich dairy, beef etc):)
- Those I should never eat no matter how good things are (citris fruits, tomatoes, mushrooms & most other veg, rich dairy such as cream, spicy food etc)
Ohhhh No 4 for me today! (a bit easier when I don't need to replenish bread stocks part way through the week;))Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000
Debt free & determined to stay that way!0 - Those I can eat anytime (bananas, oats, chicken and errrr I've forgotten the rest as it's been ages since I had a flare up

I think you and me are on a race to get our first NSD!!!!!! :rotfl: Fingers crossed for us both for tomorrowmrs_motivated wrote: »Dilemma
Now I have spent today as I needed some bread and treated myself to a bottle of wine. Large glass to be enjoyed later.
However, I submitted gas and electric meter readings today and was informed I was £265 in credit  So they credited my account with £115 and I asked them to keep £150 as a winter safety cushion. So despite the spend I am £107 better off. I have decided to get some new boots (allowed £57 max ) and transfer £50 into savings.
So have I spent or not? . . . . . Me thinks I can't claim a NSD today as the money paid back is actually mine and I would have bought bread regardless
Oh well tomorrow is another day.
Hmmmm agree with butdoineedit? I think. You'd've be buying bread today anyway. But you're quids up for gas/electric, savings and new boots! Nice job! :TWealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -

Oh well tomorrow is another day.
I would count it as a spend because you bought bread, however the boot buying no as you have effectively already spent the money.
rising - oh i lived off bananas too, since i couldn't have sugar or diary they became my substitute for everything. they really work as batter mixture, i would make banana and oat pancakes, maybe use whole meal flour as well get a really nutty taste. hmmm made myself hungry now... LOL! :rotfl:
BDINI - no retraction yay!!!
Today will be a spend day as I am out with a friend who has really suffered this year and needs some tlc.IF YOU THINK YOU ARE SO CLEVER, THEN WHY ARE'NT YOU RICH?
