    Hehe and that will teach me to read the other post first :)

    it was for a front loaded loan got PPI back and 8% interest

    Oh Just a quick note, had a not upheld from Halifax as they say I agreed they sent me the original paperwork from 1994 (account closed 2003) and I did tick the PPI box
    so it looks like Halifax might keep paperwork a lot longer than some :)
