Sorry to ask this if it has already been covered.
I was thinking the other day about ways of saving money (being a single mum with a disabled child...every penny kinda helps!!!)
I have outgoing calls on my BT line & a contract mobile which gives me lots of free minutes & texts. Now were a nation who mainly use our mobiles, I was wondering.......
If I change my BT package to 'incoming calls only' can I still access the internet??
I have 'heard' that you can but I thought I would ask here for some advice.
Thanks in advance guys, you are all very kind!
HAPPY EASTER

Incoming calls only is known as In Contact on BT Retail, irrespective of which broadband provider is on her line (doesnt even need to be BT) they'll make relative checks to see the situation.
By all means try, but i dont think it'll come out successfully!0 -

Thanks for your advise..I'd heard you can & you can't!! Just wondered if anyone could rectify it by having it done themselves?!
Thanks againNo one can make you feel inferior without your consent.:happylove0 -
.........if any fresh eyes could help me with this query??
I've got 1 yes & 1 no!!
I'd like to hear if anyone actually has BT incoming calls only & has kept use of their broadband??
I appreciate what has been said - that BT will see I have broadband with themselves so I should be able to afford the outgoing call line rental......IF I were to change internet providers, would that make a difference??
All opinions welcome!!
Thanks guys, hope you all had a happy easter!

If you changed providers i dont think it would make any difference to be honest, i'd say go ahead & try but i'd be very suprised if you managed to get on the incoming calls only0
