£437.07 T-Mobile bill

T Mobile deducted £437.07 from my account in August. I have used my phone abroad before and never had a bill like this. I have spoken to three different people at T mobile who have given me no help. Is there any way I can complain with a view to getting back some of this money?:(

The OP could have easily used the DD guarantee to claim the money back if they wanted. How is this different from paying (or not paying) by a card?
