  • Day 3 smoke free completed!

Hasn't been as bad as I thought YET. I have kept myself busy and done some random things at random times :rotfl::rotfl:

Today I've done monthly budgets and a spreadsheet containing every single day until next November, when Debt 2, Debt 3 and both provident will be paid!

Now I'm going to have a coffee then get on with doing some clothes sorting and ironing then possibly the toys and toy cupboard depending on time.

No meal plan this week as its a week of just using up and eating what I can make in between appointments/visits :rotfl:

    Hope all is well.

    Thank you :)

Im thinking I maybe should have gone with patches I think I'm going crazy :rotfl::rotfl:
  • Keep at it, 3 days is brilliant! But it's not too late to change your mind and get a bit of extra help... Patches took the edge off the cravings for me :)
