UKCPS Details no longer available

Hi All

I was looking up the forums in regards to to UKCPS Parking notices, and when I click the link that are supposed to show the steps they take, the photo Bucket says cannot be found.

I was hoping to see these as I have now just received what looks to be an unofficial Court proceedings company.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Mark

You would be much better to post this in the parking forum. Plenty of up to date experience with UKCPS there. :)

Pogofish is right. There's lots of information.

Here's a link to a thread that I have recently contributed to. Not UKCPS but same issue.

    Good luck.

    Hi Marksman45

This thread will be moved to the Parking Fines board, but in the meantime do take look at our letter chains - scroll down to UKCPS to see what other members of the forum have received, so you have an idea of what you'll receive in future.

Unless they issue genuine court papers (very unlikely) you should ignore their nonsense. No private parking company has ever won a court case that has been properly defended.

P.S: "Court Proceedings Ltd" is a private company that has been set up, seemingly to confuse members of the public. It is in no way related to Her Majesty's Court Service (HMCS).
