  • Hi Forestroxydog,

I'm a lurker on this thread from time to time but couldn't just skim through your post. Perhaps I should not admit this but I am a teacher!
It is hard to suggest what you should do as I do not know the scale of your son's behaviour or how it is affecting his school life. What I would suggest is that you do take him to the doctors and speak of your concerns there - hopefully your doctor will then be able to refer you and your son for testing if the need arises.
Your school should also have had him assessed by either an Education Psychologist or referred him to the many behaviour bases that your county should have if he is that bad. The school does need to put in place a special educational programme for him with your approval to help with any behaviour issues.
Of course you may feel that there is nothing wrong.
If you need any more advice please feel free to pm me (I actually work in the primary sector and have gone through many referrals for all sorts of educational needs)

    Sending you big hugs.

    Back to lurkdom

    What a helpful post.

    Afternoon All,
Just thought I would mention a good deal at Tesco - for home delivery, discount code available for £10 off at £50 spend for home delivery, for new customers. If you purchase £50 worth of wine (for delivery today or tomorrow) less your £10 new customer discount, then less 25% for 6 bottles or more of wine, its possible to get your £50 wine shop for £27.50 + delivery!! (even better idea would be to buy 34 little bottles at £2.29 each less 25%, 2 for £3 and less £10 = 64p each + delivery)

This sounds a good idea to get a few friends or neighbours involved to get a stash in for xmas, different from albali.:)

Same here SpirallingDown , we have a box of WUL in the shed of clutter from SSM days plus numerous ' all purpose cleaners ' from around the same era and lets not mention [STRIKE]the Pantenne products in the bathroomcupboard[/STRIKE] .
We have products to suit our needs and we've also supplied family with the odd product here and there .
The neighbours are all informed of what's happening and then they join in the melee of fun at the checkouts so all in all there are quite a few houses in close proximity that benefit .
The Salvation Army has kindly accepted quite a few of the toys etc that we've accumalated over the weeks/months and it gives us pleasure that they are joyous about it .
I believe they distrubute them in December to kiddies in less fortunate situations .

So we haven't needed the Asda glitch .

The Sally Ann are very good in our area, they have a good mums and tots group who are very supportive to the parents. I always take DSes old toys to them for their groups. We donate a bag of new toys each year for their appeal as so many kids benefit.

I've just spent an hour rearranging my cleaning an washing stuff and found a few bags that I hadn't unpacked so will be taking them with me to see if any of the parents of our after school club kids need any. I simply don't have any more room so IF I get anything else it will be going to someone else but as I haven't got anything since Friday night I don't think I'll be going anytime soon, unless it's something I need and a good price.

I've already had 7 calls to see if the glitch is still on so I will keep them updated as long as they want to know :D
    SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
    SPC 2014 £1100:D

Depends what you want to buy .
You have read the thread I assume ?

If you mean Haagen Dazs'Chicago/ Town take away, it is rumoured to end today.
Go to MSM and compare prices between T and S, ensure then that the pizza and HD are in the Mr T offer and then keep your PP voucher under £10 (three "deals" max).
    Buy at T's
