We were the 15th couple to view it in the first 24 hours of it going on the market. No way they will accept less than home report value, certainly not that much below it

It would have been the perfect family home too :(

Back to the drawing board. We'll just have to look at smaller properties or properties well outside of our desired area

I wouldn't give up , f.a's are like all professions there are good and not so good, try phoning about or asking in the different property shops as most of them work self employed maybe one will be able to get you the mortgage you need, good luck.

Yes I did. I was trying to explain to you why you got that particular message. You can choose not to understand it if you want to.

to be fair, helenas tax affairs are of no concern to anyone apart from himself...so can we drop that one please:D

This does not need a trigger, and its asda apg not tesco pp. Obviously remember at least 7 (get 8 or 9 to make sure) other cheap items, theres a list around on the thread somewhere. Dont get too many packs of marg as you dont want a high apg (its capped at £15 now, but I always try and keep my apgs under £10).

The 10p sweets (tangfastics, flumps, white mouse and buttons) have all worked for me in asda on waitrose targetted shops, and are good with halloween coming up, instead of too many batter mixes and mushy peas!

Thank you again. I've seen a lot about rocky bars and rice pudding being a 'trigger' but I don't really understand how it works. Would anyone mind explaining to me? Sorry to be a pain!!

please correct me i'm wrong but I'm convinced that when the majority of the posters on this thread shopped at T's there wasn't post and posts of shopping iist after shopping list , now with people changing their alligiance to Asda for a brief moment it seems as though posting a list of a shopping is a requirement to a reply .

Is there any reason behind this ?

    Just wondering . :)
