These are absolutely amazing chocolates - feel like I got the deal of the century with nibble box, chocolates and cash back too. May not be able to cancel though!

The Munch & Nibble Selection never was included with the Fortified Selection, I'm afraid, and what's included in the M&N varies according to which chocolate selection is chosen.

It was when I applied a month ago, and was sent immediately when I pointed out it was missing - so worth asking if you signed up before the website was changed to say it wasn't included (not sure when that was, but worth checking if you signed up at least a month ago).

I agree that it's a fab deal, but at £20 a pop I am definitely cancelling!

HELP!! I canceled my membership late last week, and today I received another box of chocs (Arrgggg!) the statement is dated yesterday 22 Oct and they have taken the payment for them £18.95.

What should I do? Should I ask to be refunded?

Of course you should. Call to the customer service and they will do a refund. They have excellent customer service, by the way! :)

Thankyou kolibri for the reply, I wasn't sure if I should or not. I can't believe they sent the second box so quickly

I will give them a call now.

Good luck. This is how they make their money, of course. The second and subsequent boxes do follow on quite quickly if you don't cancel or delay them. :)

Today is the final day to sign up for the £6.31 cash back. The code on Topcashback is also working for the halfprice offer. So NOT expired yet.
