    To cancel you need to:
Click on view my account after you have logged in (top right hand corner)
    Select 'My Options'
Scroll down to see ur order and there is an option that says 'More Info'
There is then an option to cancel membership

I would wait til you get ur chocolates first though as otherwise they may not send them out. Mine are due to be despatched on 30th Sept
Has anyone tried this. When I signed up this option was there, as it was when the offer was on last year, but it isn't anymore. I now get " Chocolate Tasting Club" activation page. You need a membership and activation key number to be able to manage your account and therefore to cancel. I e-mailed them and they said these details will be sent after the dispatch of your SECOND box, which will cost £19.95. Luckily I changed the delivery date of my next box to 12 weeks later not 4, before the page became unaccessable so I have time to sort this out. I'm just going to read the T&C's again and see what it says.
  • The cancel button is still there for me, but dont want to click it until i have received my chocs!!!

If that isn't for your first order there is an option on there to change the date of your next delivery from 4 weekly to 8 or 12. I would do that to make sure you have time to cancel your membership.
  • I cannot even see where to change my payment date, can anyone direct me?

If I remember correctly you log in then go to "manage my membership" scroll down and there should be more info there.

I entered the £10 offer code that was provided by TCB and it says

'Sorry, this discount voucher is not valid for this offer'

and the price remains at £19.95. Any ideas?
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.
  • No joy with the discount voucher either :(
