Just placed my order via TCB, but I can't find the amount I paid anywehre... Could someone help please?

Hi I got confused with what is paid as well!!

But... When you log in through TCB and enter the code at the top of the page the price quoted at the bottom of the page changes.

Payment from my card was £9.95 and last night (2 days later) I got my £6.06 ( I think that was the amount) credited to my TCB making cost of chocs for me £3.89.

Not delivered yet but I'm expecting my intro box and free gift... Lets see what happens!

Does anyone know how soon you can cancel your account?? I can't see an option to on 'my account' and my first order isn't showing in 'previous orders'. Is that normal?

Last year I just waited until they were delivered and then cancelled. Very straight forward and very helpful.

I'm so glad I don't live anywhere near one of their shops!!:o Would be very bad for my health!

Should be £9.95 and then £6.06 will be paid to you via TCB

Have ordered my choccies but cant seem to find anywhere that tells me how to cancel, can i do this online or do i have to phone them?

To cancel you need to:
Click on view my account after you have logged in (top right hand corner)
Select 'My Options'
Scroll down to see ur order and there is an option that says 'More Info'
There is then an option to cancel membership

I would wait til you get ur chocolates first though as otherwise they may not send them out. Mine are due to be despatched on 30th Sept

Click "Get Code & Cashback" and it will open the website in a new tab and just go back to the Topcashback tab and you will see the code revealed;)

When looking at my membership after clicking on 'My Options' at the bottom it gives my next due date as 03/10/2012, as if that is when my next payment will be debited. Can someone tell me that this isn't the case as my chocolates aren't due to be delivered until around that date. I'm hoping that's just what it means, not that a payment is due then.
