We chose the elements box (no alcohol) which I'm saving for a xmas pressie for a friend. Our "munch and nibble" box contained dark chocolate covered coffee beans and milk chocolate covered salted almonds (I'm not a dark choc fan myself but those who were enjoyed the beans - everyone also liked the almonds.) Safe to say I'll be delivering the pressie personally and not leaving until I get offered a couple

Ooops, my mistake, I actually meant 'confirmed'. Mine's tracked but has been sat on 'pending' for ages now :S0 -

First goto manage my membership and scroll to bottom where delivery box is
Under the balance to pay - click "more info"
And on next page there is an option to end membership.
Worked for me and had email confirmation within 24hours (account now shows as cancelled too.)
I can't seem to find 'manage my membership' - can anyone help?0 -
scrap that, got it by googling 'hotel chocolat manage my membership'. Couldn't see it when i logged in first time round0

Mine arrived today, at the same time the teenager returned home from 6th form. The nibble and munch box has mysteriously disappeared! It was lovely though

From the information in with my box it looks like the alcohol selection has the '4 provenance cards' included in the box already, occupying a space which would be a good size for a slab of chocolate instead!52% tight0 -
Day 16 and my cashback has not been confirmed. The chocolates were nice enough, but don't live up to the marketing. They're just chocolates. Even at £9.95 including the 'free gift' I don't feel I got my money's worth. £19.95 is ludicrous, but we do live in Britain and the Brits are renowned for overpaying for everything.0

At £9.95 I just about feel that it was worth my kids spoiling me for my birthday ... but only just. I hope I get the cashback though!52% tight0

£6.31 cash back now and the code for half price on topcashback still works.
