When people are having an affair they hang on to their phone like it is the most important thing in the world.

That is the one main giveaway.

Not always the case, sometimes just getting a lot of phone calls/texts from 'work colleagues' or rather entering the names of genuine work colleagues as the secret contact.

But TBH I hang on to my phone, just purely out of habit!

Don't always read too much into the situation.
A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.

You must have a long tongue.:rotfl:

    Sorry:o

Lol that would come in handy for speedy cleaning but no, I'm stuck with lots of little cat licks with my stubby tongue haha :p

But its the secrecy of it. The type of people who are having secret affairs usually have their phones on silent too.

Its much easier and safer just to have a different sim card purely for the lover.:o:D

my ex used to be verrry guarded with his mobile phone and, unfortunately, it did transpire that he was playing away from home. However, my current fella is, in the nicest possible way, a geek and needs to be surgically removed from all things computer and phonelike and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. He is always tinkering away and he does take his phone/ipod to the loo.

It could be innocent but it might not be. All what I can suggest is that you are there for her should everything go wrong.

I always take my phone with me, it's always nice to have a little read of something while your busy in the loo. I also ALWAYS take it at night, as I use it as a torch so I don't have to turn the lights on.

I'm rather attached to my iPhone and often take it into the loo with me, I also use it as a light for late night trips, so that persay doesn't sound worrying. But my OH has absolutely nothing to worry about as he knows the p/w to my phone & laptop and can access them as he pleases...If a text or email comes in and he is closer to my phone than I am or I'm in the middle of something, I get him to look and tell me who it is as I have nothing whatsoever to hide! If my behaviour changed I'm sure that would be a HUGE red flag to him.

I think 'suddenly' being secretive with your stuff or being like that over an extended period (ie not organising a surprise for OH) is a bad sign.
  • I don't let my girlfriend use my phone. I'm not cheating on her. The reason for my phone is because at night I sometimes write my thoughts down into notes and I don't want them read it's kind of like a diary. She knows they are on there. I just can't forget things til I write them down.

You could make him an indecent proposal and see how he responds. He might say no I love my wife, or he may not.

Either way one for daytime TV.
