Lol - it is cheap oop North, get a lot of house for your money! (I'm a Southerner) The area is actually ok, never had any problems and school is fantastic - just want a little 2 bed house and not so many bathrooms to clean!!0

Me too, if that was in Suffolk it would go for
£700,000 no probs ....0 -
Good Lord! You could make an absolute mint taking in lodgers with that many bedrooms plus the kitchens and bathrooms.0

My neighbour does that actually and it works well, she only has a couple though. My difficulty is that my Mum lives in the top flat and is completely averse to letting any rooms or changing the house, she owns a share so it's her decision too and I can't afford to buy her out at the moment.0 -
You seem to have a few shower rooms but no bath? Some people like a choice.
Seems to be alot of house for the money though.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

I think you need a new estate agent, one who knows how to present a property well. The listing on Right Move is your shop window but don't forget how easy it is for potential buyers to view dozens of houses within a few minutes on a website. If they don't get a lot of detail within a few seconds they will move on until they find one that tells them what they are getting.
Good luck (shame about your mum though, sounds like you are in a good location for renting out rooms. What suggestions has she made to resolve the situation ?)

Overpriced and lack of demand.
£120,000 9 bedroom terraced house, former B&B
£124,950 11 bedroom hotel for sale - licensed, bar and lounge, trading
£129,950 11 bedroom hotel for sale - licensed and with catering kitchen.
£135,000 11 bedroom guest house - in the same road - trading and with accounts available
The striplights, unboxed pipes, cable trunking in the kitchen suggest a poor standard of fitting and to me honest the view from the lounge to the kitchen makes it look like a do-upper. Some of the bedrooms look small with access to only one side of a double bed.
You're competing with
£65,000 7 bedroom terraced house "Perfect for a large family wanting to be near the seaside."
£93,000 6 bedroom house for sale reduced from £119k.
Sorry.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Without knowing what other prices were like i thought it was a lot of house for the money, only thing i thought may put people off particularly if they had kids was, don't see any mention of a garden.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Eek,that's more of a 2 bed price down here!
Anyway,no idea what the main issues are but I can tell you the feature walls are all wrong!!!
Different papers in each room I could handle (apart from the huge difference in style/theme)
Feature Walls are meant to enhance and create a feature. You've created 'features' of windows!!So you are drawn to windows, boring curtains and whatever is outside of the windows (bedroom pic 5-I think-for example...why?).Not only does it look odd but I reckon it'll make the rooms feel wrong and unbalanced, nevermind the views they're attracting you too!
Some of the furniture positioning doesn't seem to help either.
As for the kitchen it just doesn't go together!
I like a project and redecorating but the way that house is done would throw me off tbh, with being drawn to windows at least! If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
Overpriced and reception rooms too small to be used as a family home. I'd second the suggestion of turning into student accommodation, however that doesn't sound possible with your mum.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0
