eDF say OFGEM are reviewing these cases. Mine has been approved for the original date, rate and term. If you have not done so yet contact eDF and check if yours has been referred to OFGEM and if not ask them to refer it. OFGEM are taking a bit of time over how to update the database with changes to the registration dates but I've been told that once OFGEM sort it out so eDF can send out new contracts they will pay up within 28 days of that.0

Greetings to All, We are all in the same position with EDF due to their misleading v4 application form and administration delays. Whilst EDF insist the problem and resolution is with OFGEM, its more about EDF....
Please find the message I recently put in another thread on this forum:
Some of you will have seen the article in the YouGen blog:
(yougen.co.uk)
'Has EDF had a change of heart on feed-in tariff administration?'

Its about 5th item down under 'ALL CATEGORIES'
Makes encouraging reading and definitely worth adding a response to ensure others (including YouGen editor) are aware of our numbers, thrength of our case etc.

I wonder just how long they need to ponder things with their legal counterparts. Let's get a bit of oomph behind it!

Hi - All my docs were posted on 17th July and EDF said they were received on 24th July. They wrote to me at the end of August at which point they gave me the bad news about the dreaded DECLARATION 5edfnightmare wrote: »eDF say OFGEM are reviewing these cases.Mine has been approved for the original date, rate and term. Do I have to go back to EDF yet again to make sure they really have referred my case to them? Or do I just wait now??

Hi John,
In my oppinion, YES!
I have similar dates and same declaration not signed. Its become a habbit now to contact EDF Green energy Team frequently to keep them aware I'm not going away and to get updates on the situation with OFGEM.
If you contact them via email on FeedinTariffs@edfenergy.com with your ongoing complaint details, they will confirm if you are on their list of generators who missed the last deadline.
Good Luck!0 -
Hi John, John FW and all other unwilling EDF sponsors!
Have you heard anything more from EDF?
Please post something, even to confirm no movement so far.
I will send EDF Green Energy team (FeedinTariffs@edfenergy.com) another message and see what they say - probaly will get another delaying 'keep waiting' message...0 -

We're fighting the same battle. Heard from EDF on 31 Jan.
This is the reply:
"Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, at this point, I have no further update for you. However, I am hoping to bring you an update in the near future.
As soon as I have an update for you, I assure you that I will contact you as I am monitoring your open complaint with us."

Hi everyone - I have been otherwise occupied so haven't re-chased EDF yet. But tomorrow is my first opportunity so will do so first thing and let you all know
John0 -
Have contacted EDF again and received the same ‘still waiting for OFGEM’ response and an assurance I will be contacted as soon as the outcome is known.
I’m tempted to think EDF are stalling and hoping the case will subside and they can slither silently away.
I'm wondering how we could contact OFGEM directly to establish if EDF are really telling the truth and to possibly add weight to our case.
Normally OFGEM don’t deal with the public directly, so I wonder how we could raise this problem with them.
Any ideas?0
