    Good morning

Just a quickie - it's mayhem at the moment and I'm exhausted.

Fencing done, bath and wash-hand basin replaced. The house is filthy, plaster dust everywhere. I'm a mess - unable to bathe or shower for 2 days. :o

So I need to get cracking today.

Mum and Dad ok (ish). Feel as guilty as hell because I've done nothing to help them, not even visited. OH now confined to bed because of the pressure sores to his bottom. He's bored and unhappy so I've promised to up my visits to every day again.

I just don't know how I'm going to pull everything in........

Just breathe - it will be ok.

I feel blah, blah, blah, however, I did manage to cook properly yesterday and actually ate some vegetables.:rotfl:

    Anyway enough moaning.

Glad you survived EH - well done you:T:T:T That cannot have been easy.

Sorry got to dash and make a start, so to the rest of you High Fives and Hugs where appropriate. (thanks Bitsy - borrowed that one from you)

Welcome Phoenix - gently does it, it's not easy when you have a new baby. Just do what you can when you can. Your hair will recover in time. Sorry about the c section, that must have been rough. Do take care.

    Hi all,

WW - hope you have fun with your visitors, and don't get force fed too much :rotfl:My mum is just the same! Well done on completing your walking challenge.

LL - try not to overdo things, I know it's easier said then done when you have so people demanding your time but if you get ill with stress or do yourself an injury again then you'll be no use to anyone. Could your boys possibly alternate some days with you going to see OH - just so you don't have to go every single day if you have a lot on. Hope you're ok x

Bitsy - wow, that is quick for a viewing - I guess that's a good sign that you've presented the place really well to get interest so soon. Fingers crossed it goes well x

Well, xmas night out last night was really good fun, lots of silliness and nice to get out and mingle with those guys in another setting. Ended up being a very late one though so was late up this morning and had to do some mystery shops this afternoon so just had my tea and sitting down to start my work now :o Mystery shops were at Superdr*g so got some cleansing wipes, face mask and 3 new nail polishes (they were on 3 for 2!) for free. Should keep me going a bit :)
Anyways, better go try and get my editing done - hope everyone is having a good day x

    Evening all :)

Let us know how that viewing went Bitsy.

What's your target for December WW? I'm still doing my walks. And it's gradually feeling better.

Listen to your friends on here LL. So much easier said than done. But there are others who can help. Pull in some favours. Even if it means you get one day "off"/"off-ish".

Walk done. Soooo cold and wet. Feel its making a difference slowly though.

    Keep warm. Keep fabbing.
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

    A lovely day today.

Up early this morning and usual longer dog weekend walk, then off to collect mum, out for a coffee and a catch up and a walk around the shops. Found final pressie for brother to buy from the shops so he's almost done bar the bath products I'm making over the next week or 2. Also a catch up with brother and sorted out present lists and food to get in - not too much though.

Then back home, dog walk just before it got dark - very cold though and then a rather delish tea and pud.

Best job - have parceled up my homemade soap into 7 bundles of joy in waxed paper and presentation bags tied with a ribbon - 3 for presents so far a double pack of lavender and oatmeal and milk and honey soap

Tomorrow is bath salts day and next weekend is balms and melts making weekend when I've got the rest of the oils delivered which are winging their way towards me at the moment!

Hope everyone has a good weekend - I'm planning some kind of exercise tomorrow to get back into it now I'm feeling better which I am, Have done 5 days of 20min yoga this week and certainly feel better for that!

    See you all tomorrow!

    Hi everyone

Just catching up. My, what a week its been.

EH - so sorry to hear of your redundancy. Timing is twonk isn't it. They've not exactly handled it well either. You're meant for something better, of that I'm sure.

Bitsy - how did the viewing go? We get ourselves stressed, getting everything ship shape and bristol fashion and then folk are in and out within 15 mins or so. Hope it went well.

I'm slowly but surely getting there with the fabbing of me. Am pushing back those cuticles so far, I think I'll be down to the bone at this rate. At least my fingers do look a lot better.

Had hair cut Friday but cos I've got curly hair can get away with the grey roots showing for another week or two. Will put colour on next weekend before our xmas meal. Don't really wanna go but feel that I'm being pushed into it, ie; I'd be the only one not going. On the whole, the small team of us there are, 95% of them are nice enough but one person drags the team down. Just his presence can cause an atmosphere !!! And they say us women can be moody,,, purleese.

Anyway, tried on some outfits. OMG, I need to lose weight. Tons of dresses in wardrobe but when I put them on, I looked like a teletubby. Where's that middle weight come from........The joys of getting older. Guess where my next focus is gonna be.

Anyway, hope everyone stays warm this weekend, our sick relatives are feeling a bit brighter and life decides to be a little kinder to us all. xx
I got there - I'm debt free and intend to stay that way. If I haven't got the cash, it doesn't get bought. It's as simple as that.

Have just sorted out some of the cellar stuff - chucked some, some to wash and store and then some to put back down there now its miraculously dried out quickly.

Fabwise decided to take advantage of this bright and cold morning and took the dog on a nice long walk. Coffee time now then will fab my feet up, do a little light cleaning, a little bit of moving stuff around then maybe the floors to sweep and clean then the bathroom later, some baking and pop a stew on for tea. Then might do 30mins circuits, 20mins yoga, another dog walk and a bath and facemask before the easy tea and parcelling up the ebay sales ready to post

A busy day but a good productive day after all those weeks of not doing much at all with the usual washing and of course its nail treatment day -of life in the fast lane!

    And breathe......

    The visitors have gone:j:j
I love my family but its such hard work sometimes! Got dragged around the Trafford Centre for hours
I've also had 3 dogs for the weekend - mine, my gay best friends (who's away for the weekend) and my mum's! I have finally turned into the mad woman surrounded by animals!:rotfl:
Down to just me and two dogs now though. The house was like a bombsite so have just had a mad half hour hoovering and tidying, looking a bit more like my house again now. Have 3 loads of washing to get through today too - not sure how I'm going to dry it all though.
Need to do the supermarket run too - no rest for the wicked.

I have to mark about a billion books today too - the MOST boring job in the world but has to be done.

Going to have an hour this evening refabbing myself up after the trauma of the weekend:p
