You cannot escalate a complaint till you have first exhausted their complaints procedure. It will be set out in the policy docs.
If they do cancel your policy and you win any appeal over this then you can expect to be recompensed for any expense the wrongful cancellation causes you.
Ah fair enough. Thanks for that. If I did get that far, and they did invalidate my insurance, would the cancellation be removed from any files that insurance companies have on me?0 -
Got some sense today. The woman I talked to talked to the admin team and they said despite me having a "dual postcode" (whatever that means) they're happy for me to go ahead0
