Just updated my sig still within budget but instead of doing it weekly I am looking at 2 weekly now as that lets me spend a bit more when I see stuff reduced.

Pay day on Monday 15th so will do another 2 weeks to the end of the month from then.

As this is the first time I have done this challenge I am looking at where I can reduce next months budget and lets say there is room for improvement. I have cupboards full of food yet still buy more, I decide what I am going to eat then buy something else.?????

I need to stay out the SM and meal plan.
As of 24th August 2016 total money owed was
    £15,708

went shopping at icelond which I dont usually like as flour etc is so much more expensive but have to say I did get quite a lot of stuff for my money and not just junk which I dont buy.
Bought cereal as it was on offer and the lady in there said there is another cereal offer on tomorrow.
Coco pops, crave and two other cereal, dont know the prices yet but you buy them and get a bowl with them like last year or so.
Will have a look. I dont need the bowls but am hoping that the cereal will be cheaper again and then the bowls are very welcome.lol

Hello everyone, hope you are all well and not finding the GC too challenging. Love the image of the legs walking into Mr M :rotfl:

No grocery spends today, I am spending a fortune on getting to work now I've lost my transport pass :( will have to get a new one this weekend as I've given up hope of getting it back.

Made the OH leftover beef, gravy, chips and veg. I had the chips too, but with salmon and sweetcorn in a caper & red wine dressing and a side salad. Yummy :D First time using salmon from Mr A's frozen bags and it was fine! Although the fillets are a bit small (possibly to encourage you to double up??) but I just look on it as a healthier serving size :D
