I got mine a bit over a month ago. Spent £200 on it over a month. Just phoned up, couldn't be doing with the button pressing bit, so I got through to a human and paid it off on my Natwest Debit card. Can't really grumble to be honest.

When I phoned to activate they went through the key terms and conditions and made me aware of the £12 charge if I went over the credit imit ! so made sure I stayed under.
I did ask at te time if I could increase and thy said to ask again after a few months0
