credit check was all done by voda i just got the email reply,
So it was all done online, i clicked thru quidco as i was looking for cheap contract deal sim only,
Quidco reply on the matter,
I'm so sorry to hear that your claim has been declined, but we may be able to help you. I'm going to forward this to our Quidcare Administration Team as they deal with the retailers and their networks and they'll investigate this for you.
Someone from the team will come back to you within the next 5 working days.
We will see, ive asked quidco on what grounds vodafone are not paying, waiting on that reply,
Ive had a look at my last few deals and over 70% i had to issue a not tracked claim,
Mobliejunkie, always take on what u say fromthe e2save issues days, never had a issue again from them, take on what u said
Melb it was all done thru the quidco site, vodafone do not offer cash back on their site,
Insideinc, big bang, lol im sure they can check my ip address and link it all up, but u you didnt want to pay out u would just say computer said NO, which is the path that seems to be taken, i want to see some prove that i didnt click thru quidco, ??? To vodafone site ??? But will see,
Jethro It was a 24 hr offer, how can i get proof of the offer apart from the tracking page ? ,.. Hopfully i dont have to go down that route,
Coco hope it works out for you, i waited 10 days before i out in the tracking a s i thought quidco are my cashback heros never had a problem with them, booom no im sitting on. 200 quid loss,0 -
Pity you didn't come to me; there are virtually free contract deals using cashback where you don't have to rely on Quidco - though of course, as you understand, you have to know what you're doing!0

Today after 3 months of waiting i got a killing reply, that 2 contracts with vodafone sim £100 cashback each didnt go thru, I went thru the quidco site saw the offer for vodafone sim only £15.50 pm with £100 cashback, clicked on the link thru quidco........
the tracking didnt show so as i TRUST quidco (5years using quidco) I thought id leave it and email them about the tracking issue, Big mistake, a few days later i put in the missed cashback they did what ever they do,
3 months later quidco tell me vodafone said no, (today) now at this point you cannot reply to the support msg on quidco you have to go to FAQ about failed cashbacks and find your missing cashback then you are able to type out a msg, which i have done,
But the thing i dont get is,
vodafone know I signed up on the 7july start crt check process,
quidco know i have a missing tracking on 7july
vodafone issues sim on 10th july after crt check,
vodafone aug 10th paid 1st bill
quidco 19th sept reply vodafone declined cashback, no other reason given
but yet common sense would link up the above to prove i went thru quidco site, and tracking on vodafone site has failed (im only guessing vodafone do there own tracking and quidco do there own)
It could be there was some other form of referral if you failed to say clear cookies?

I would at least want to know reason for something being declined before accepting it as final.0 -

Who are u using now ? And i would like to add i trusted quidco on their cashbacks, hense i didnt look 4 u, as i didnt trust e2save at the time i came for ur advise,0 -
I now use Topcashback. They're not perfect, but are MUCH more genuine and have a few other advantages. Wise not to trust any dealer - but as long as you follow all the groundrules and they don't go bust you will get the cashback. Usually cpw are ok - but now and then they throw a wobbly (as at present) and are quite capable of resorting to dirty tricks. Those who don't know what they're doing and ignore the groundrules are the ones who are taking risks.0

Besides - the dealer cashback is worth far more than any cashback site cashback, usually.0

Redemption deals with staged cashback - typical for the above mentioned e2save and many other 'dealers'.0

Sorry to interrupt on this thread but it is relevant to some of the comments. I am currently looking for my next cashback deal having been on cashback deals for the past 5 years or so, most recently with Mobiles.co.uk and all successfully claimed. The cheapest deals seem to be with Talkmobile at the moment but I haven't used them before and prefer main networks if possible as I am currently on Orange and have been for most of my contracts (I understand TM are using Vodafone so should be reliable?). Can you/anyone recommend any particular deals at the moment please? I am looking for around 300 mins/500 texts/750gb data (unlimited data would be useful if I am going to be tied in for a year or two, as getting increasing use of the internet now), happy jumping through the cashback redemption hoops.
Many thanks
