I've been with TalkTalk for 3months, no problems, billing correct, good service.
Broadband speed is as promised, 7mb.
So far so good. I changed to them from Virgin who were far worse. I've saved a fortune by changing.
Don't be put off, every ISP has problems, you have to speak as you find.0 -
ive had lots of problems recently but i haven't had any problems with customer service they might not be able to comprehend what the problem is but they are always polite
though i would like to have internet that does not go down 4-5 times a dayReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected.
