hi
i hope someone can help me, i have just looked at my online tmobile bill. there is 6 calls to numbers begining 0795393 that are call type diverted, in the outside your allowance section. i do not know what these numbers are as this has never been on my bill in nearly two years. can anyone shed light on what they mean as i dont want to ring the number in case it is a scam. sorry to be a bit thick. :)

The only thing I can think of is that you have called a mobile number and it has forwarded to a landline, sorry I can't be much help but that's what I think :o

079539 is a normal number from the T-Mob/Orange EE numbering range. If you have inclusive minutes, calls to it should come out of them. In any case you shouldnt pay for the diverted part of call, the person diverting it should.

i did email them with a snapshot of the calls from my online as i thought that will be easier than explaining by phone. got a generic reply of upto 7 days to respond,
i still had 200 minutes left on my plan when the bill was produced and i have free landline calls so i am at a loss. thank you for your help.

Is the number in your call logs? My call log goes back about 3 months with a date and time this might jog your memory as to who you called at that time if you have a itemised bill.

not on my call log also it starting 07953 seemed odd as the mobiles i ring are mainly 0794 or 0797, hopefully tmobile will tell me what it means, :)

Call diverts set up on your phone do NOT come out of your bundled allowance. Check where your unanswered/unobtainable calls go to if not voicemail and cancel them.

It has absolutely nothing to do with you calling a standard or mobile number and it possibly diverting the call, this is never charged to you.

So this is wrong then ?

"Call divert is included in your allowances where the diverted to number would have ordinarily been included in your allowance. Standard call rates apply to outside of allowance calls."

jolfc I have the exact same problem as you!!

I have been searching online for a few days now but cannot find any answers or other people that have this issue.

I keep getting these charges of 0.26p from calls I have supposedly made to all these different numbers starting with 0795393 (each with a different 4 number ending).

I have contacted t-mobile and it obviously went through to a call centre abroad.. the conversation went like this:
Me: ...But these calls are not on my call history and I don't know these numbers and definitely did not call them.
TM: Well your phone must be wrong. Our systems are correct and show that you have made these calls.
Me: How can I complain/take this further
TM: There is no point in complaining

So, I didnt get anywhere with them. I do not appreciate being told I am basically lying and my phone call history is wrong.

Please let me know how you get on.
    Thanks

Check out this article from last year: http://www.bitterwallet.com/half-a-million-t-mobile-customers-charged-for-ghost-calls-they-never-made/44277

I'm wondering if the charge is if someone calls, you are busy/dont answer and they get diverted to your voicemail. Though I've never had this before..
