Which is the best training center to do PRINCE2 project management training?

Not sure anyone can answer it as 99% of people will only have had experience of the 1 they did it with.
I did mine with QA.com about 7 years ago. They were ok, despite claiming a silly low pass rate nationally but a silly high pass rate for themselves. In my group of about 15 there was only 1 person that didnt pass Practitioner level and she was a dopy idiot and I am surprised she even managed to find her way to the class room0 -
Agreed - there's no one that's better than the others. Even amongst individual training providers the instructors vary in quality.
I've done (and passed) the Practitioner Course twice plus a third renewal, and both of the main courses were superb, with most people passing.
I'd suggest the main criteria out to be location and price (and especially accomodation cost if they're residential ones.)0 -

Hi Sam
It depends...when I did my certification, I had to get it quickly, so went to classroom training...its very effective, but costs a bit more. Else if u hv time u can go for online as well...but make sure the course materials are good. A piece of advice - check out all claims thoroughly before deciding0 -
Contact SPOCE and find out where your nearest providers are and then look for reviews of each of them or ask for their success rates on both Foundation & Practitioner. Likely that Colleges will give the best feedback.0

Well it depends on a lot of factors. What does best mean to you? Someone who has very high quality, or cheapest price or highly experienced trainers? I did my training with PROJstudy. Considering the price they charged ( very low ), I was very doubtful about their quality. But it turned out to be really well. Very prompt customer support, the trainers were very experienced and supportive. Overall, worth the money you spend. Try considering them in your list
. All the best .

I've used Learning tree who do Foundation and Practitioner on a 5 day course. Overall OK, I'm not a fan of learning tree's methods but then again Work was paying. They so 3 days learning, then Foundation exam Thurs morning (and if you fail repeat it thurs afternoon) then the practitioner exam Friday afternoon. There is a lot of prework, they estimate 20 hours but was 15 or so for me to read and understand the methodology.
Did it in Learning Tree's London centre which adds to costs if your not based there, everyone passed Foundation first go, don't know about practitioner as you get the results 2 week later.
ITIL was done through ConnectSphere, who were very good too and as they are not in London a lot cheaper for courses than Learning Tree.0 -

Hi saintjammyswine
How does 1 trust what they say on the phone? No one really mentions their actual pass rates on their sites...except projstudy and datrix..if I remember correctly. Is there an official site or some other way where one can find that? my wife is now planning to do the course so need to do the whole research again
didnt get the part about 'colleges giving best feedback' though..can you explain?0 -

Colleges are required to report their success rates as a public funded organisation and this may/will include learner feedback. Also, any organisation with good success rates will be more than happy to share them with a prospective customer. If you contact SPOCE they will have information on pass rates for various providers..0 -
I remember that QA claimed 90%+ pass rate for Practitioner and the tutor we had claimed that in all the years he'd been teaching Prince2 that he'd only ever had 1 person fail.... and then one of our group failed... wonder if he still says just one or now says 20

Just checked out some of the providers on google...seems to be a lot of difference in prices...I just want to get the certification done without spending too much. Decided for classroom training, but not sure. Anything else I should be looking at, apart from the price and pass rate?'0
