Sky for a better service in general.

If you live in a suburban/rural area go with VM, avoid if urban as the speeds even on top package will be terrible.

In either case, use a VPN for P2P, this not only gets around throttling (with VM) but makes you 99.99% less likely to get caught.

Any Fibre provider is BT resold, unless its Virgin (this us all consumer based^)

That's not entirely true, there are some areas with niche providers.

Exactly, no national fibre is not BT or Virgin.
