TERMS & CONDITIONS – Relating to the Rockstar ‘Scan the Star’ 10,000 free cans Tickets Prize

ELIGIBILITY
The promotion is open to residents of the GB (England, Wales and Scotland) 18 years or over, excluding (a) employees of the Promoter, (b) its agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion, including members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
THE PROMOTION
The title of the promotion is Rockstar – Scan the Star Win Prizes - GB 2022. These terms and conditions relate to the 10,000 coupons to claim your free can of Rockstar. Please see other terms and conditions for details relating to the 9 x pairs of VIP Women’s Euro 2022 tickets and the 50 x pairs of music tickets for The O2 arena, Greenwich, for use in those participating stores.
The promotional period (relating to the 10,000 x coupons to claim your free can of Rockstar) will open at 00:01 on 01/06/2022 and close at 23:59 on 30/12/2022 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.- Purchase of a Rockstar Promotional Product (see details below) is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time, place and date of purchase of the Promotional Product prior to entry and within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their prize. Internet access, mobile phone and a valid email address are required.
Maximum of 1 entry permitted per day during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 5 prizes.
The person from whose mobile phone number the entry is sent from shall be deemed the entrant for the purposes of this Promotion. THE PRIZE- The prizes available consist of 10,000 coupons allowing you to claim a free can of Rockstar. The Coupon must be printed and can be redeemed in any Rockstar stockist. A printer is required to print the coupons.
- There are 10,000 Prizes available in total across all retailers.
- The Prizes are provided by the Provider and administered through the promotional website page. Recipients will need to download and print the printable coupon.
- Prize is not transferable and there is no alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

Waitrose luxury mince pies - possibly 2 for £1.
Mywaitrose loyalty app has coupons that change each Wednesday. They more expensive mince pies are two for £4. If the app shows coupons for both £2 off more expensive pies and £1 off lower price pies, both should work on the more expensive pies, reducing the price to 2 for £1.00. (There's also free coffee with your own cup.)

10. For valid claims, refunds will be provided within 28 days of submission and the completion of any verification process via the claimant’s chosen method. It is the responsibility of claimants to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect payments where the details provided were incorrect. Payments cannot be reversed once they have been processed. No replacement payments will be granted.
11. Each purchase receipt can be used only once. If more than the permitted number of claims are received from the same address, all such claims and any associated claims from their household will be disqualified. Bulk claims made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted.
12. Incomplete or illegible claims, or via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means, and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is attempting to circumvent this condition by, for example, using identities other than their own or automated means, their claim will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address or ID (passport, driving licence, or equivalent).

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, traffic congestion, technical malfunction, transmission interruption, communications failure, or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.
19. Where a Claimant (i) has not completed fully; or (ii) has been found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions of this promotion, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements, the Promoter may enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to us of any refund even where a refund has already been awarded and/or actually provided to the Claimant or awarded to the Claimant in question.
20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
22. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. English law shall govern these terms and conditions and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions, and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
