Did this, didn't like the guacamole at all. Got my £3 refund via PayPal and I was charged a £0.39 fee. That's never happened to me. Any chance of recouping that as it's not really free then, is it?

Looks like they've made a merchant rather than a personal PayPal payment, hence the fee.

I would make a complaint (via holymoly@promotionhandling.com) to recoup the shortfall.

I didn't receive a validation email from these guys but they did pay out within 20 days of the date I submitted my claim - the payer was "Horlick Happy" so you won't miss it!

Also after submitting the form, I was taken to a page which had a claim reference number so as long as that happened I would hang fire, wait for the money and contact them if it doesn't show up after the T&Cs maximum  28 days.
