T&C's bit confusing, point 8 says "whether or not they have a promotional sticker attached".  Then just under the list of items it says "offer is valid on stickered qualifying products only"!

I had to re-read this too but basically what they're saying is:
- There are 5 Qualifying Products in the Try Me Free offer and you can try each type of product once.

- While you will find these products in stores with and without Try Me Free stickers on, as long as you only purchase products on the Qualifying Products list it doesn't matter if you buy it with or without the promo sticker because they only require a copy of the receipt not the promo packs themselves for the claim form.

- They have 2 products (both Mozzarella) which aren't part of this Try Me Free Offer. No claim will be accepted for the Mozzarella without (or with) a promo sticker, which of course they won't have because they are not included in the first place! 

I guess they are trying to make sure you don't accidentally pick up the wrong sticker-less product/s but what would have made more sense would have been to say "offer is valid only on Qualifying Products".

The claim form and T&Cs specify only the receipt photo/s (or other relevant proof of purchase by which they mean online order confirmation - see clause 9) must be uploaded. I've attached screenshots of all relevant sections.

Did this, didn't like the guacamole at all. Got my £3 refund via PayPal and I was charged a £0.39 fee. That's never happened to me. Any chance of recouping that as it's not really free then, is it?

P.S. it says you need a promotional pack to claim. You don’t. When you redeem you just need a photo of your receipt(s). You do NOT need to supply a promotional pack photo. Also, if you want to claim 3 times then the product must be on 3 separate receipts. Just a quick heads up.
